If you think you have been scammed
Open TrustStep and tap “I think I’ve been scammed” for a step-by-step plan. Contact your bank using the number on your card or in your banking app — never a number from the message. In Luxembourg you can report fraud to the Police Grand-Ducale at police.public.lu, or call 113 in an emergency.
Turning on protection
Safari: Settings › Apps › Safari › Extensions › TrustStep › Allow Extension.
SMS filter: Settings › Apps › Messages › Unknown & Spam › SMS Filtering › TrustStep.
Share Sheet: in any app, tap Share and choose TrustStep (tap More if it is not listed).
Action Button: Settings › Action Button › Shortcut › TrustStep Call Check.
